Here's a sample complaint letter I once sent out. As you read along, you will notice something about this complaint letter.It‘s NICE! We have always booked this order with your company and have received outstanding service. However, this time I am afraid I will need to register a complaint because of the poor quality of the products delivered, along with a delay in the delivery date. The printing quality of the leaflets is very poor, due to which they are unusable. We are returning the order, and request you to send another set of 200 leaflets within 15 days. Going by your previous good performance, I am confident that the order will be of the expected quality, and delivered on time.
